Banner denim really looks different depending on how frequently it’s washed, more so than any other denim I’ve seen

Photos always seem lighter than reality with my phone but here are my pair of WH 1915 Belt loop model (1922 501XX) after their 3rd wash. Denim has faded super fast compared to what l'm usually used to but l have had them as part of rotation for nearly 3 years so l guess that's fair.

Only a little cotton becoming worn/unravelled at the front pocket openings otherwise they are outstanding imo. Patch is a doppelganger for a vintage one. Love these.

Anyway,  so the first photo has been Sufu'd cos l had to chop my toes out of the pic, sorry

I actually purchased one of these from Bears but got an order cancellation the next day as they had actually sold out in store!

I can see why they'd sold out so quickly, it's such a great print!!

@Alec Leamas I missed them on Bears. Must have been the only 8hr period I hadn’t checked, for a week or more. 
I ordered a navy patch pocket hoodie from them and had it canceled afterward a while ago too. Frustrating. 
 

Edit: I decided I’d pay over the odds and order from Burg & Schild, as I wanted the Cream colour. Turns outs shipping is €50, bringing the total to €142 for a top that was approx £50-70 shipped from Japan. 
I can’t justify that, or rather, I can’t live with paying that much extra. 😉

To be fair - there is availability in cream in M size left on the warehouse site - might be worth a shot or is that the wrong size?

Sorry to be posting more of the same, but here's some more shots taken indoors which show the denim colour and texture a bit better. Will have to get some nice shots using a proper camera one day.  Like l said before, Love these.

 

 

 

The 506XX jacket has got hardly any wear when compared to the jeans but does share some of the nice puckering...

Has anyone had any experience with Warehouse's 3/4 Sleeve Football Tees? I'm curious about sizing because measurements and expected shrinkage are sometimes all over the place.

I have some in size 42 or xl which seem to fit the same as their standard t shirts of the same size. Shrinkage is same as their other t shirts. I only ever hang dry them.

got hands on the free land 1920s chore: raw deetz (pretty starchy tough for a lighterweight denim)

then fit (post 40c short wash n line dry)

Bears had a presale for the 30th anniversary jeans a while back but I'm having trouble finding any info on them.

Yup, releases hit stores in November or so, it's super super limited as they only allowed each retailer to buy 50 pieces of each item. We have jackets and jeans coming from the collection at our stores.

It wouldn’t make a difference at this point. They’re already twice as dirty after one week unfortunately. I strip them off at the door along with my work boots when I get home because. 
 

I had them nice and clean for a week vacation, 20 minutes back at work I spilled sewer sludge down the entire right side of my leg. I figure I’ll wait til I’m done this project before washing again. Hopefully there’s no oil stain from the run off 🤢
