I have whites too - IH634. And have to confirm theirs versatility. I wore them also only in winter due to the 21oz. Now they are almost 2 years on rack waiting I will keep diet and will be slim again  :blush2:

so to buy AA710 would be verified choice...

I definitely doubt that and would say Italians and French could pull it off easily ;)
Where is @volvo240thebest when you need him?

If you would have said white socks in Birks I would 100% agree with you though :D

I love the white jeans look. I may cop a pair (not necessarly by Resolute) for the summer. Sleek Ivy style. Alessandro Squarzi wears them a lot and I think he pulls out some amazing looks.

@volvo240thebest Boncoura and Warehouse both make an awesome white "ecru" pant. I have both, fabric is really alike but details an cut are different. Really nicely done !

Only just noticed that the white 711 has a paper patch instead of leather. I'm assuming that's because leather could stain the fabric when washed?

Is the white 710 available to buy anywhere?

Yep, the small waist sizes are already available (Rakuten). Bigger sizes will follow until April.

I’ve got my 712s on for the first time today as I’m washing my 710s I’ve got to say that they actually feel more comfortable than the 710 s a little more room around the thigh area

@oomslokop that outfit you posted is hard as fuck. Really well done.

Has me wondering if I could pull off the white 710 during summer months and if I would wear them often enough.

met Hayashi-san at the Tokyo Bears store, tried the 710 and 711 and had to go with the 710.

FYI I've noticed Paraboot has been picking up some steam in sufu - Hayashi-san mentioned he uses cream polish on his nubucks as he likes the resulting shine.

Boysmarket has the same Paraboots model, just as ugly as the Michael I think. A must have haha!

And the last one, a more traditional length. These are the 36 inseam ones. I think this goes better with a "sloppier", more casual style

Nice comparison! That's the look I rock with mine. Haven't taken the dip into trying a shorter, more Hayashi-like length, but maybe I'll give it a crack once my current 710 has had a solid run!

I think it shows that the 710 is a pretty versatile cut. While it's designer prefers to wear it short it still looks good if worn longer. But I could easily lose an inch on these and they would be still long enough. Might run them through the dryer for further shrinkage.

Hi beautiful freak I always wore my jeans in the sloppier style until I got the resolute 710 in a 36 30 they just cover the tongue on my new balance much prefer not having to much material on the length I also got the 712 in 36 29 Which I prefer to the 710s as there’s more room around the thighs they don’t seem as much interest in the 712s

funny you mention that - i ended up sizing two up from the size hayashi-san's coworker was recommending, and one up from what hayashi-san was recommending.  they look 'sloppy / casual' without a belt - with a belt, they have the ankle length style with the selvedge showing.

Picture I took because someone asked for it.

Inseam 36,34, 33
The 34 had a trip through the tumble dryer and thus shrank a good amount. All pairs were bought in one-wash state.

^ a good example of the shrinking power of the dryer.  I have a few pairs of jeans that fit so well ... and then ended up in the dryer.

I ran my pair through the dryer and didn't notice much shrinking at all. I warm washed with the washing machine but used the "low heat" option on the dryer though.
