The person that ends up with the most points wins! Fabric After careful examination and analysis on the WW2 fabric, we’ve reached the answer, 14 oz fabric made of EMOT blended cotton(Eastern Memphis, New Orleans, and Texas). Hard twisted yarns with so much of neppiness gives a solid texture to the fabric, which Hajime Inoue felt as the first impression when he first touched the original WW2 fabric. This hard twisted yarn is one of the key points to keep the indigo color not fully penetrated to the core of the yarns, which makes this fabric really true to how the vintage looks and eventually fades. The unevenness on the threads is carefully reproduced by the setting on the vintage Toyoda shuttle looms and the recipe of the cotton blend. Nowadays the definition of good cotton is often regarded as the whiteness made possible by breed improvement but this time we have focused on the creamy tinge on the fabric which is an iconic detail of the WW2 fabric. How jeans are measured please refer to Tcb guide Jeans S40ʼs Jeans Fabric:14oz EMOT Blended Cotton Details:Steel made Laurel wreath button/steel-made rivets/ Deer Skin patch Threads:Cotton threads (5 different thread counts) (Proudly Designed and Made In Kojima, JAPAN) Jacket S40ʼs Jacket Fabric:14oz EMOT Blended Cotton Details:Steel made Laurel wreath button/steel-made rivets/ Deer Skin patch Threads:Cotton threads (Proudly Designed and Made In Kojima, JAPAN) Special features Limited edition patch Ladies and gents here's the final draft sent to the printers. I've relegated the bund for special occasions and just got myself a mesh strap now. Way more practical, especially during summer. SKX 007 still going strong, it proved to be an excellent buy. I have another couple watches but since I've got this one I haven't used them at all. Seiko for life, like Volvos (and Tcb if you ask me) .

Yeah it would not be difficult but Tcb is a proprietary brand and I don't even want to approach the discussion with the boys. Either they make it themselves or better leave it. Too complicated and a possible source of discussions that I prefer to avoid to be honest. I hope it will be possible to have the t shirt made by them at the end of the contest, that would be a very nice way to remember a memorable patch design once it won't be readable on the jeans anymore. Back a couple years ago I considered to have the 20s contest patch printed on a tee just for me but at the end I didn't do that. I just had the patch cats tattooed on my arms haha! The patch designer back then was the wife of my best friend so it wasn't difficult to ask for a permission either.

that's some amazing scenery and so far from what I always had in my mind when thinking of Israel. Pup is a stunner too.

Shoes that look better with age...

So what did you keep? Recent discovery of Paraboots made me think I should sell most of my shoes and just wear those. They're highly practical and comfortable once broken in, they scuff up nice and clean again equally nice, keep feet dry in the rain, look good with boot loose and slim jeans, are lightweight. I could go on. I think I have worn my engineers once or twice in the last 12 months.

indeed. I can relate to the beer thing. Though I f***ing hate craft beers. Give me a ice cold cheap tasteless lager any time! Favourite local one: Ichnusa, ice cold in a 66cl "pint bottle". Perfect smooth taste of heavenly nothing ; ) I'd say I am the minority here. Most folks get excited at those beers that don't taste of beer!

Indeed I concur. I'd love to see @Hopethisoneisnttaken have a go at this when time permits. You always show amazing places in your IG stories and I have no idea of the sceneries in Israel. The more mundane the better

    TCB

As I have already said many many times in this thread the pit to pit measurement of the Ranchman is unreliable, because front and back panel of the shirt don't coincide so for some reason I can't fully explain the measurement makes believe that the shirt fits much bigger than what it really does. for comparison my chest is 102-103 cm bare, I'm 178 cm x 83 kilos (today!) and the Ranchman fits great in a 42. 42 is my size on all tcb tops. When we had the very first batch of Ranchman shirts made for sufu years ago I thought that my size was 40, I had to return and get a 42.

Unfortunately the Tcb patch tee won't happen. They won't be ready for this summer and at the moment Tcb is too busy to add more projects to the ones ongoing. Caturday it is for me. Have a good caturday everyone!
