Broke my leg & my ankle about ten days ago at the skatepark. I’ve been skateboarding for over 20 years and this is my first serious injury so in the long run I guess I’m doing pretty good. I’ve decided I’m going to wear these jeans the entire time I’m laid up & recovering from my surgery. Fun little experiment

Zero x Realtree hat

Dehen 1920 wool sweater

Domestics 13oz selvedge

Vans MTE

@LoneWolfWelding Ouch! Sorry to hear about your leg, but I guess yeah you're right in the long run you're doing great, and injuries caught doing the things we love are the best injuries right? Scars of a life well lived.

Couple things - amazing dog, the jeans will have some crazy fade pattern after this, and....cold toes no!?!?!

@LoneWolfWelding I had that exact same damn boot not 3 months ago, only for a few weeks and hated every minute of it. Not directly from skateboarding but from an aggravating an old injury that originated skateboarding. 20 years with no big injuries is a heck of a run. Here’s to a speedy recovery.

Thanks! Yeah sleeping is the most difficult part of the moon boot. After surgery I might be getting a hard cast but not sure

Yeah I’m hoping the jeans have some cool fades. I’ve got at least two solid months of down time in them
