    • Not exactly in line with your request but for me, if I’m doing a day of 20-25k steps and I’m not running, and it’s not out in the woods (or it’s just all relatively flat surface) I will feel much better afterwards having done it in Birks or barefoot shoes than any Nike or whatever trainer I’ve ever tried.
    • Seconding New Balance, very comfortable and the made in US and UK models are pretty well made. Some of them get to be pretty hyped but can’t go wrong with the core grey or general releases. I find the 993 and 991 most comfortable, they’re supposedly bringing a bunch of 992 models out this year.
    • speaking of old Fxxx and pioneer v. frontier... from the dark ages and at one point having a pair of both F380 and F350 (which were still the best patterned pair i've worn). was doing a little closet cleaning and found this pair in an old bin... wish i would have had some foresight about 17 years ago and bought about 4 more pairs of these... dig that pocket shape
    • Anyone in here owning a l-j11 and can share a pic of the label? Curious if this is fine as the l-j2 is showing a difference…
