Been searching for a pair of vintage OG-107s that are long enough for my legs and finally found a pair about a week and a half ago. Made in 1977, still has the button fly which I wanted, and got that nice n slubby sateen.

I wish I got a chore coat from Pointer before they became LC king. I love that label.

Yeah I haven't heard the best things about LC King in recent years. Chuffed I got this one before the hullabaloo, it's my favorite denim jacket I've ever had. Fits me like a torso-glove at this point

Stand outs for me are.. smoothsailors Cresent Down, Broarks Sasquatch, rbeck's varsity jacket, Prettyboytony's vintage puffer, Alienlovemachines ring coat (the fit on pg3)  .. Indigoeagle entire outfit on pg3 (chefs kiss) and JW's great lakes jumper.. all very nice!

I love that damn thing, this winter I’ve worn it about as much as jeans. Especially with the liner it’s like a sleeping bag wherever I go. Not for everyone I know, but for me, I went too long without it.

I used to see quite a few ring coats over on DB.. They’re not an easy garment to pull off.. I thought your buttoned up fit later in the thread was ok but the unbuttoned one on pg3 was fantastic.. up there with the best I’ve seen.

@Double 0 Soul Thanks. The buttoned up one was actually a Tri-P coat, similar but a little different.I have that one in a size down, and have a shorter variant, I throw it on all the time as an extra morning layer for when I bike my kid to school. I picked up my wife a ring coat a while back too - we’re in deep over here. I’m really more of a sucker for coats and jackets than jeans in the end - the Kapital ones I love because I actually find them to be quite convenient due to their volume. Great for comfortably layering where I’m at. Bonus is that while military inspired they’re not military repro, which I never felt like I could/wanted to pull off.
