In general - yes they stretch and yes they shrink as well in the washing machine. I only have Merz loopwheeled shirts though. one other thing - 3 cm in shoulders isn’t as bad but 4 cm in the chest(which comes up as 8 cm when doubling)is practically a whole size down.

Not minimalist but more repro directed I’d say. There’s a very high attention to subtle details with TCB to reproduce everything within sewing and fabric etc. The prices are what they are because tcb is a factory brand. The team produces the garments themselves.

I think it’s a typo. Doesn’t really make sense as the 505 is a mid rise model and 13” f.rise is even higher than the S40s on a 33 waist.

I’m not 100% this is a right post for this thread but anyways - I’m looking for sizing advice for Cheaney shoes. Specifically this model - https://www.cheaney.co.uk/cheaney-arthur-iii-oxford-brogue-in-dark-leaf-calf-leather-leather-sole-p5 I know they’re totally different to red wings but would love to hear some size comparison to RW if you have them, or to a brannock device. Or really any input regarding their sizing. They recommend going with your normal shoe size, but I don’t have a normal shoe size, every brand is different haha.

If you are placing your order from Okayama denim add a comment or shoot them an email requesting that they confirm the actual waist size of the garment they are going to ship. They’ll do it gladly. Also the one thing I think you should consider is that the 50s will have higher rise than your IH 777 and so your wanted waist measurements may change a bit due to your built.

Does anyone here have experience with Moto's leather jackets? specifically this one: http://store-motostyle.jp/?pid=122594923 I don't own any leather jackets and my main concern is the sleeve width, they mention here that they slimmed them down and was wondering if anyone has any idea if that can work on western body proportions. Since I'm new to leather jackets I'd also appreciate any other input regarding this specific jacket. Thank you!

3 kilos is quite a lot as far as shipping goes. Usually a pair of boots will weigh less. Anyways 70$ for three kg for international shipping is pretty much the usual as far as I know.

Some pretty interesting news and updates on the tcb live stream yesterday. A new limited run repro is in the works. Only details they gave out is that they are analyzing the vintage piece right now and it’s older than 100 years. Also they mentioned a new wool lined jacket that will be out probably around next fall, didn’t say which type but said it’s not a type ii.

Quite boxy but not that short. I love mine. It is indeed not warm, but has room to layer underneath.
