Day 2 - very relieved the jeans fit fine  

Has anyone noticed how small the back pockets are? Must be (?) partly the wider wonkier good-looking stitching shape that's a feature of the WW2's. But also the overall pockets are smaller than many I reckon - I really like it  - smaller pockets on jeans look far nicer to me.

Some peoples may have to switch wallets tho (or other back pocket detritus...)

Great fits here, this wide and high rise cut is flattering for a lot of people (still - shame about the unfortunate ones who received jeans severely undersized).

I agree about the back pockets being narrower and I find a bit annoying as I can't fit my bike lock there as I usually do. But the stitching on the back pockets is one of my favorite details so this more than makes up for the slight nuisance

Day 2 - extremely awkward post morning swim pose (hopefully this 18 month contest will provide opportunity for improving that skill). I'm lucky enough to live close to the ocean and as I'm currently in university I usually have time in the mornings too. It's still fairly warm in the sea, 18 degrees celsius, so I'll try to keep up this routine for a few weeks more.

Also received the jacket and am pretty happy with how it fits. I've never had a denim jacket that fits so I'm not entirely sure about it, interested to hear comments about the fit. First pic (buttoned) is with just a t-shirt underneath, second is with a WH sweatshirt.

Great fit! @claes I think the jacket looks good! The sleeves are perfect and I think it fits good on the shoulders. Maybe a bit tight when it's buttoned up but a size larger might be too big?

@claes when you have it buttoned up, try unbuttoning the bottom button... should take the pressure off the other three and fall better.  The jacket looks the right size as per tigerstrom comments - any bigger may not work, nor would sizing down if you want to be able to wear a sweatshirt.  The sleeves will come up a bit as the arms crease which is good; you may also get some a tad more room in the body width with wear.  Solid fit on them jeans btw.

Personal preference really, either way is fine.
I ended up pulling mine through as I found that the strap doesn't lay very flat without piercing the denim.

Thanks @tigerstrom @MJF9 - agree that the size is correct and it feels good everywhere except the waist where it's a bit tight. It definitely looks better with the bottom button undone. I think I'm keeping it!

Still with a t-shirt underneath, but this feels comfortable and works with a thick shirt or thin sweatshirt as well.

I think the fit is similar to mine,mine is a bit tight round the waist band but arm length good and chest roomy enough if I sized up it would look to big

Just noticed that my pair (post another wash) measured exactly what Second Sunrise has for the TCB Norma jeans in size 28, in every dimension they show.

My pair is size 33. Lol.

This might be an explanation to why these pants seems to fit women so good?

I'm glad that they stretch like crazy though, waist from 37 to 42 cm in one day.

in one day my pair stretched a lot too. I hope it won't stretch anymore now... it's just about right to wear without a belt and without feeling constricted.
