I just noticed we got some coverage over at Rawrdenim: http://www.rawrdenim.com/2015/09/superfuture-warehouse-1001xx-world-tour/. No pressure boys, haha.

^ Cool, I'll be sure to check it out next time I'm in London.

What's that geezer talking about these jeans never being washed down in the comments section. I've got proper internet rage now - grrrrr!

That's just your average rawr denim commentor. Can't read that site, really quite bad (besides a very select few articles

What do you expect on a site that still promotes the policy not to wash your jeans to get great fades?

^ Would have loved it if you still had some rage left when it's time for your leg of the tour.

Hi guys! I'm aiming to send the jeans to Switzerland on Monday, so this is the last days for me to wear them! I'm really looking forward to see what Reudi can do with them :)

^^No worries unders, Flo and bradl . Washing jeans is the regular way what probably 99 percent of all raw denim heads are doing it frequently.

I love nice and clean looking jeans too

My big dilemma is: I just love the unwashed raw denim color tone much more.

That's it. Nothing more behind this  :)  :)

^tigerstrom

Let's see, what I will do. If they arrive by time I'll probably use them for 1-2 hikes in to the mountains

@bradl

Yeah my jeans have quite some rough times at my legs until they're faded away.

As a slow fader I still hope I can beat up many more raw denim projects the hardcore way before I'm faded away by myself ha ha

But still no wear fades seen on them so far!!!

And sorry Maynard, but my underwear is not raw ha ha

Hello gents, it's been pretty quiet around these parts but rest assured, the jeans are alive and well.

We've strayed a bit from the planned schedule but I'd say it don't matter that much. Instead of crunching dates everyone will rock 'em for a month from you get them until you pass them on (unless you want to part with them sooner of course).

Hi folks

Thanks for your endless patience and sorry for my long silence, but I was hiking and bicycling and chopping wood a lot in the alps and at my parents place and I didn't know how to upload the pics directly  from my  I-Phone.

But finally I'm back at home and here are some shots from the Warehouse jeans in action.

They had a great time at my legs and the denim fabric is very strong without any fading signs after 33 days of full wear. Of course I would love to see them again after 800 wear days!!!!!!!

I love watching the hairy denim from those Warehouse jeans on a train ride from Gstaad to Zurich 2015-10-14

On 2015-10-24 I was on a great hike with my brother and sister on Mount Gonzen near Sargans:

The descend from Mount Gonzen was a little bit muddy so I gave my raw denim gear a little break at the bottom of the mountain:

On a beautiful Indian summer day I finished a 19.5 km and 750 meter altitude or 12 miles and 2500 feet altitude mountain race called Transviamala run and switched back in to the Warehouse jeans just after the run:

The best part of this event is the huge and massive pastry bar which I couldn't resist and I really ate a lot of them ha ha

I was also chopping wood at my parents place. Here just a little overview of my parents house in Ratitsch Graubuenden 2015-10-27

2015-10-27%25252013.20.35.jpg

I love chopping wood and was doing this for about 16 hours in 2 and half days.

And I think, that the Warehouse jeans really enjoyed this. But surprisingly no fadings and also no dirt on them at all. Still looking very clean!!

After 3 weeks of wearing and a lot of bicycling some very slowly growing patina could be seen at the cuffs 2015-10-29:

2 days later I was on a hike with my sister to Mount Montalin above Chur and Maladers:

Terrific updates Ruedi. You live in a beautiful part of the world and it's great to see you enjoying it to the full. My brother and I hiked the GR5 trail from Saint-Gingolph to Chamonix, along the border between France and Switzerland, this summer so your photos make me miss the Alps!

Thanks again to everyone that expressed interest in a world tour, and to anyone else who might be interested, let me know! There's still room. These are a tag size 30, but fit like a 31 standard tapered in most brands.

Just mailed the jeans to Holio Cornholio in the UK. After him, it will either head to louisbosco in Australia or to the North America contingent. If anyone in Europe is interested, might be best to speak up quickly so the pair can stay in that hemisphere a little while longer.

Here is the original interest thread, including details on the fit plus some pictures, as well as links with details on the model and Roy's page about the denim.

Measurements at the start of the journey:
      Roy BB1002, tag size 30
      Waist: 31-31.5"
      Thigh: 12"
      Knee: 8.25"
      Hem: 7.75"
      Inseam: 33.75" (original)
      Front rise: 11"
      Back rise: 15-15.25"

      Current participant list:
      Holio Cornholio (UK)
      cungster (Singapore)
louisbosco (I dunno, frankly, he seems to be everywhere - EDIT: Perth, apparently)
