Damn, i'm jealous of you guys with wheels on the road. since the competition started my workload has increased quite a bit, and i have not had any real excursion outside Bangkok except work related at all. I guess I can still share some pics as to what my jeans and i have been through these past 3 months. 

 

May, First Month.

End of month one. Really it was all just work this month. sitting on my ass didn't fade my jeans very well.

At the very least i can wear my jeans almost 24/7, to work and anywhere unless occasions call for a more formal alphet. But then my work isn't really in office. this month i went on a few power plant inspection, really a fitting place to wear denim, but maybe not 25oz one.

eh, I think you will be fine until you see that felled seam start to misbehave.

It doesn't really look bad at all. But if you're still troubled I would reinforce the stitching asap. It doesn't take much time and I am pretty sure that you are over it for good when you do it early and properly.

I had identical issues with my 634s after 6 months, after one short repair job I havnt had that problem again for 1.5 years. It's still going strong but I retired them anyway.

I reinforced both back pockets of my 66s some days ago and will do it with a small part of the back rise as well today. It's only minor problems so all in all it won't take more than 30 minutes.

21oz looking good. fades quite differently from either the 17oz or the 25oz i'm currently wearing. could be the climate though.

Sorry about the lack of updates on my part. I simply got too fat for my TCB Orange Superslims (!), can't bike or walk stairs comfortably in them, and now I don't know whether to switch to another pair or just get a grip with the food and exercise situation and be able to wear them again soon. We'll see...

Four month update on my Flat Head gear. No washes yet. The color on the front pics is true to life, the back pics look too blue.
