Today we decided to hike up the local mountain (512m) aas we've seen a church up there. The way was quite nice, but the church disappointing (and a park for kids built around it).

Walking to the Parc Guell, this time it's easier.

Continuing admiring Gaudis work at the Sagrada Famila. 10 years to got until it's ready - we will have to come back then. Besides St. Peter the most beautiful building I've seen (but I would rate this one even before St. Peter).

The inner rooms seem to be pretty far progressed, but they still have to do a lot. IMO impossible to manage until 2026 (but it's the year of Gaudis 100th death anniversary, so they really push it).

 

We visited another Gaudi building, casa mila. It can't be described, I was blown away by both the view and the architecture.

The inner rooms seem to be pretty far progressed, but they still have to do a lot. IMO impossible to manage until 2026 (but it's the year of Gaudis 100th death anniversary, so they really push it). We visited another Gaudi building, casa mila. It can't be described, I was blown away by both the view and the architecture.

Last memory of Barcelona was not really good ... Got my wifey's shoulder bag w/ our passports & onward tickets stolen on our 1st day. Wifey & I were gonna do a sweep__ from BCN to Valencia, Granada, down to Gibraltar, then back up to Sevilla, Córdoba, & Madrid to cap it.

Ended up flying back after securing temporary pp @embassy. It turned out, our experience was not uncommon at all ... much worse in Madrid, even. Til this day, she avoids any conversation about it. As for me, I still dream of doing [the sweep] one day ... including theCanary Island, I hope.

Time for a little update on my Denim World Championship pair - Studio D'Artisan OKI-515...

I'm just hitting the 6 month mark since I started late and got distracted with wearing my summer pair for 1 month and participating in a Warehouse World Tour.

So far they've only been hot soaked and I think it shows.

I will be holding off with a first proper wash at least for another 3 month - if nothing unforeseen happens.

They are not the easiest fader, but I find them very rewarding once you get past the 4th month!

(Sizing them tight seems to help, too.)

Just sent my Left Fields in for crotch repair. Here is a picture of them before I washed them and a few pictures of before and after wash of my Tellason shirt. Ive really been beating that shirt up lately and its been holding up great!
