Yeah I think chest would be the constraining factor on the size 42 in this hoody

I know it's hard to accurately evaluate fit purely from the measurements

However I have a Butcher Products sweatshirt with a drop shoulder to compare + I know the drop from the shoulder to the pit seam on the FW

Hence if I can get a washed pit-to-pit size on the 42... then I'll be able to say yay or nay mate

My actual at the moment (was worn this morning) is 61cm p-2-p

aha interesting... if you have a min Duke old bean, do you have the post wash measurements for your 42?

I can measure my size 42 sweatshirt if you like…it’s been washed twice now. Currently unworn after the recent wash.
let me know if that’d be any help?

@UkeNo Really helpful mate - thank you... Plus that colour looks so good after only a few washes... I'll look forward to that, lovely!

So, even though a 42 would work for sure, I found a 44 and went for that... it'll be more voluminous but I like a nice drop shoulder and perhaps it'll be more in keeping with the intended style on me... however I'll find that out soon... thanks Sufu folks for your help <insert thumbs up emoji>

I would have guessed a 44 might work for you if I can wear a 42.
the blue in the picture is a bit more vivid than in hand. It’s a bit darker or blacker in person.
but it has started to fade nicely after a few wears

I really want a FW sweater with that Batman collar….
I’m 22”-23” chest to I think a 42 would be perfect after shrinking down?

Just a quick message to say the 661xx 1956 are easily my favorite pair of jeans ive bought over the last few years.
The cut is spot on, a little tapered below the knee, but with a nice rise and thigh proportions.
Even better on me than the 51 which I love.

Bonus jeans & Freewheelers socks shot - just to prove im actually wearing them.

I’ve asked before, but this 507XX in size 46 feels a little tight around the arms. Just seems to hug my armpits a little.
I can wear it over a T-shirt but definitely can’t do a sweater or flannel underneath. Wondering if size 48 would’ve been a better fit. From the size charts it looks like size 48 is the same body and sleeve length and just adds a 1-2cm in chest and shoulder width.

It looks good but how it feels on you is key. The fit everywhere seems to be fine, including the shoulders. If they were wider, I think they’d look a bit big and would make the sleeves drop down a little further but ultimately your comfort is key.
Just for information, I have 2 denim jackets, a lighter, snugger Type I for warmer weather that I only wear a t-shirt underneath and a heavier, looser Type II that I can layer beneath.

Yes, probably. Size 48 doesn’t seem to add any length to the body and arms. Just a wider chest and shoulders.
