These are my RN04's Size 33. Thought I'd share them here. They are only a few months old, and I have them in rotation with my Baldwin's and LVC, so there isn't a whole lot of fading yet. The creases are still getting set (heavy denim takes longer), but they're looking nice. the ONE thing I am not wild about on these jeans is the way they are settling under the back pocket. From the front it looks like my hips have some weird fins or something. Maybe I'm over thinking it? but that was my only complaint about this pair of denim. I love having them and continue to rock them.

Yo 'sleggs', congrats on the Roys. I do believe you're over thinking. The only thing you need to do now is wear them HARD, they aint dress pants and they'll reward you for time logged. I've got a pair of RS04s I've been wearing since early spring and they fit like a second skin.

For all of you worried about the rise on the RN models--which, admittedly, is a bit drastic--if you can forego washes, let them stretch to their maximum allowance and have them sag a bit, it's not as uncomfortable as it would be if you were to wear them normally.

Looks like a good fit. I was concerned that when washed the sides would shrink up too much, as its already cut rather high (based on selfedge fit pic). Opinions on that misterh, now that you have one in possession?

Sides seem long enough for my liking. Haven't washed or soaked.

How are the sleeves for cuffing/rolling? The gusset (is that what it's called?) looks a little short compared to most shirts, so I can see rolling up past the elbows being an issue.

Not sure. Haven't tried to roll up the sleeves yet, but I have confidence that Roy knows that sometimes one likes to roll up his sleeves.

true, but you never know. I cant roll up the sleeves on my IH chambray's past mid forearm. I dont have Popeye forearms either. Its a catch 22, because in order to have a nice and roomy forearm to allow for rolling up, you need less silhouetted cut on the forearm.

I can roll the sleeves up above my elbows. The sleeve cuffs are a little short for my liking, but they are kickass for rolling up the sleeves.
