Sugar Cane Denim

I have always wondered about the whole made in the usa thing. Mainly, if they are made in the US, what factory are they made in and what other brands of jeans are made at this factory. I am under the impression that if TOYO is willing to allow an American factory make their jeans then that factory has some decent quality control and some folks who know what the fuck they are doing.

Also, why don't they make some of the MFSC stuff at the factory to bring the cost to US folks down. It is conceivable that they could have factories in the US make stuff for us and factories in Japan make stuff for japan.

In the case of the Made in US stuff, it is made here, then shipped back to japan (adding cost), where it is then imported back to the states (adding cost). Seems a bit too much.

im stoked to have another pair of sugarcane repros... the pairs of 45s i had were some of my favorite jeans, and the okis were amazing... lando should have them today hopefully... so im excited about these.

Cheap - I just opened the box about an hour ago. My new Oki's look sick. Thank you and those 1966's have most definitely found a better home. They look like they fit right on!

cheap: How tall are you? You look tall as hell and I'm baffled as to how you can cuff those jeans.

im 6'... maybe 6'1" but have a kinda long torso, so i can get a 1 1/2" cuff on a 34. these according to bigs measuremants have a 37" inseam raw... and i think they need to go in the dryer to really shrink down to 34, if they ever really do. i had taken them out of the tub about half an hour before i took the pic too.

lando... glad you like em. ive enjoyed the hell out of em. these 66 are just what i ad been looking for. thanks!

nah... my evisu are. these are to skate in... im looking forward to the roominess(these are a size up), the lack of back pocket rivets(and now the lack of open sores on my hips where i fall on my rivets...), and the poly core thread whch should help prevent crotch and other blowouts.

Thanks for the info. Makes me wonder why my 55s didn't come that long (being as that they're both made in the USA). I can hardly cuff these at all.

Quick question! I wanna buy my first pair of SC, and I'm looking for the Okinawa model. (http://item.rakuten.co.jp/frisbee/10000415/)

I'm looking at the chart, and as I need a 36'', it says the waist size is 89CM (which is like 35''), is it washed? Do these jeans stretch a lot? My true waist size is around 36''.5, I don't know if it would be the the right fit.
