as the collabs uses the regualr Geisha denim and rope dying is cheaper compared to hank dyed denim (and that's why hank dyed denim is more often used on very special models), I think the denim is rope dyed.

on another note:

2ND did another 15th anniversary collab. this time using the S3000VX cut with 15oz XX denim
