The weft is 和紙繊維 which is traditional Japanese paper. I think certain Japanese paper can be similar to a textile. I'll be really interested to see how this will wear.

so really a kind of paper...paper sounds so weak in my ears and they releas it on their slimmest model which will have rather a lot of stress on the denim. would also be interested how these will hold up

bottom line, they fit me! yes im fat and need to loose weight

i get it, I have tried and struggled with other brands at their biggest size

and they have just been too small

a big thanks to Samurai for making heavy denim bigger than a 40!!!!!!

I feel you as well. I used to be a size 44, and I couldn't fit into anything. But I happened to discover Evisu while I was in Japan. I managed to find some No. 2s in size 44. I still keep those just to remember those days.

so i have always needed super durable jeans 12 oz
