I'm sure most militaries have some sort of trainers for use in sports and other training, they're of course not for combat use or anything like that. we had some pretty ugly ass ones in the military here

Get them from ebay.de (search for "bundeswehr"). Even with international shipping, it will be much cheaper than what you pay for them in the US. I got a pair for 2 Euros + shipping last year.
