PBJ's fabric is definitely different from Samurai's

Give it more time and it will fade beautifully. :)

definitely. i can totally attest to this, my xx005s are like 5 months in now, and they're fading gorgeously.

My PBJ AI-002s have been worn for 10 months now and because of the condition of the denim (naturally dyed to the core) mine has barely shown any wear except the holes on my heels. They are still holding up pretty good but are in need of a crotch repair soon. Just keep wearing them and the fades will be glorious.

Does anyone know of anywhere that sells either the "going to battle" or "vintage label" in size 28? I have searched pretty much every online shop I know, are there any lesser known ones I should check out?

does anyone who has one wash denim feel that it doesn't fade as well? my whiskering and fades are not as broken in, or as solid as my previous denim, which i bought raw. or maybe pbj is different from samurai.

this. input?

if i had to guess it shouldn't matter much. the "unfortunate" part of unsanforized means you gotta get em wet from jumpstreet. this includes many great types of jeans--what comes to mind immediately is sammies--which turn out beautifully.

for me i dont wash my jeans often, so im more about the fit and staying dark, and the end results are secondary, really.

Xx-007 vs xx-009

Difference?

Just one piece of advice: I bought XX-09 (one wash model though!) from BIG... I could have EASILY downsized one on those... Probably even gone down 2 sizes... No kidding... Amazing jeans though!.. The cut's a little fuller than what I would've liked due to the stretching but the denim is just ridiculously gorgeous... Fades like no other...
