Self Edge, SF/NY/LA/PDX - updates & info

My favorite shirt! I would be interested to see a well worn one though. I wear mine like once a month and like it how it is.

I've worn mine almost 100 times (bought 14 months ago, worn about 6 times a month) and i've washed it every month and it looks really good.  It's lightened up in color quite a bit and become a bit wavy in texture, once i saw the new run come in it was hard to believe it was the same shirt.

Thank you for doing a new run of these shirts Kiya - like I say, I had thought this was the one that got away. Super impressed that the shirt was dispatched from SE PDX only an hour or so after purchase too.

Yeah, i begged them to remake the shirt and they said "no".  Then we committed to making a large run of them if they used up the rest of the fabric and they said "yes".  it worked out in the end.

Also, we ship all orders during business hours within 15 minutes and have multiple pick-ups by USPS per day, we do it quick!

Kiya, on the FlatHead Indigo Linen shirt, If I wear a 42 in the FH t's, would you recommend a 42 also in this shirt?

Appreciate your help!

Yup, i would stick to a 42 in this shirt if you're a 42 in the tees.

No fades, the shirt is amazing, don't sleep on it!

No fades isn't totally accurate...you get some pretty serious crocking and falling after some wear and washes, but it takes time.

Kiya, I'm a big fan of the Flat Head block check spring worksheet in blue but need a 46 (sold out on the website). Any chance one of the stores have them in stock?

I'm sorry but all four stores are sold out of that shirt in blue (46), but we do have it in red and green still.

stopped by SENY for the first time in a long time the other day, thanks for the help.  friend wasn't convinced by any of the fits he tried (3sixteen, iron heart, imperial) but ended up going with the f310s.  think it was a bridge for him to gap to spend that kind of money on denim for the first time rather than being comfortable with the pair/fit, but i have no doubt he'll be happy with em over his rag and bones.

Kiya, do you have approximate in-store dates for this year's Iron Heart N1 Deck Jacket and the Flathead Wabash shirt?

What size did you need in the N-1? We have some already in certain sizes at SENY and in our online store.

FH Wabash shirt comes in November 10th.

Medium. Was hoping to try it on first instead of robo-copping. Will the wabash shirt be the same as last year's in fabric and design?

Will you be getting Navy/Olive in the alpaca N-1s? Also, what size would you recommend if I have a 46 in the SEXIH07IIIBK?

Love mine as well.  got some fading, I will try to get a pic soon

I've been wearing mine for over a year and it's hard to believe it's the same shirt.  Mine is extremely faded, but i've also worn the shirt about six times a month for 17 months or so and it's been washed over 30 times.

Sorry won't be getting any more of these this year, but we do have a record number of jackets coming in this winter from every brand we carry.

No we won't be getting that N-1.

Introducing Good Art Jewelry & Accessories

Every now and again a brand comes along that changes your perception of the art or craft in which they're involved in.  This recently happened to us with the discovery of Good Art.

With nearly thirty years of experience in the fine jewelry and accessory field this crew of pranksters from Los Angeles create a slew of well designed pieces ranging from fine jewelry to functional accessories, all made of the finest precious metals and leathers.

All of Good Art's hardware is made from scratch in-house at their private foundry in Downtown Los Angeles with the exception of stainless steel springs for the interiors of clips and brass snap backings.  Every place they can they will use sterling silver, even in places which aren't visible.   There is no skimping on details at Good Art.  Every piece of leather is chosen for its exact application and supplied to Good Art by the famed Wicket & Craig tannery which has been tanning the finest leathers since 1867.

Josh Warner, Good Art's founder, has a devoted fan base spanning the world and has created a line which is not only impressive in production and design, but also evolves with both his personality and the personality of his clients.  We're excited to be working with such a hands-on artist which takes everything into account, at all times.

Please check the individual product pages for the full story behind the design and production of each piece.
