I'm sorry to say I don't. My buddy said he's had it since he was a kid, and I inherited it 'cause it's just a bit too small on him. It looks like there might have once been a tag, but it's long gone. The belt itself is a pretty substantial military-style webbing, and the buckle is steel or something like it.

The closest similar belt I've seen, by Rivy Ng:
