Samurai Jeans

Just got these 710xx, I can't believe it took me this long to jump into premium Japanese Denim after all my time with APC's and the like. The details on the Samurai's are AMAZING. I can never go back now.

Fit pics (yes, I know they need a hem)

How's the fit and thickness of the denim compared to APC NS?

The fit is extremely similar between the APC NS and the 710s with very small and subtle differences. The measurements may differ slightly since the 710s requires an initial soak and that results in shrinkage, but they should still be similar.

The denim is much thicker and slubbier than that of the NS.

Pre-soak

Post-soak

Sorry for bad pics. Borrowed my better camera to my dad for his business trip.

Not much shrinkage though. The only significant shrinkage was the waist, shrunk bout 1.5".

I don't know if I should give it another soak. Any advice? :/

@boey,

any measurements of pre and post soak?

You can always go for another soak, or hot wash with the machine.

Back Rise - 13"

Thigh - 12.5"

Knee - 8.75"

Inseam - 38.5"

Post-soak measurements:

Waist - 15.25"

Front Rise - 9"

Back Rise - 13"

Thigh - 12.25"

Knee - 8.5"

Inseam - 37.5"

Leg Opening - 8"
