I ordered these because I liked the look of the jeans on their site ( http://www.works-corp.com/iron/others/index.html]HERE</a> ) and I was curious as to what the 21 Oz. Selvedge denim would be like.

I've just had them arrive at work this morning so I've only had a quick chance to have a look and feel of them and thought I'd take some pics. I have a pair of APC English so I tend to draw my first comparisons with them. The denim does feel very thick but it doesn't have the shine or feel as rigid as the APC's. I was undecided as soon as i got to feel the denim but the more I handle the jeans the more I like it. I'd love to be able to try them on but that is not possible in the middle of the office! I will comment on fit and how they wear once I have a chance. anyway pics are below.

any comments are welcome.

Yeah, the chances of finding some with the original arcuates is almost next to zero at this point, it's been well over a year since they produced that version.

I actually really like the version we carry at Self Edge, it's a simple classic version:

I got that from your store recently just wondering if I could get the old type as a back up. BTW -- I saw the framed faded one in your store and I was very impressed. I hope you are gonna keep stocking those. I might end up picking up another one in a year or so -- I would like to get the type 111 jacket but I wanna try on the new Flathead x SE @ the party. If I don't like the fit, then I'll probably opt for the IH jacket. I hope you have it in Medium.

Eddie, sizing runs slighlty smaller than the block check shirt i have from IH, but according to the measurements it is bigger than your black one.

Don't know about shipping overseas but they will only accept foreign cards if they are american express, I think.

Iron Heart Heavy Selvedge Chambray Shirt & Hickory Stripe Redux

Iron Heart wouldn't release just any chambray shirt, we knew this...

But what we didn't realize is that they'd produce a chambray with so much character within the fabric that it's almost three dimensional.

They've outdone themselves with this shirt.

We don't think we've ever seen a chambray this heavy, it's almost an oxymoron to produce "heavy weight chambray", but leave it up to Iron Heart to push the limits once again.

This chambray shirt along with a re-run (and last re-run) of the hickory stripe shirt along with a restock of all their jeans and belts are now available in our online store:

Iron Heart Heavy Selvedge Chambray Shirt & Hickory Stripe Redux

Just got mine from Giles (www.ironheart.co.uk), and I have to admit - they are BEAUTY!

In terms of sizing: Measure your best fitting shirt pit-to-pit/chest, arm length and shoulders and than compare to the charts on Giles or Kiya's page!

Hickory

http://www.ironheart.co.uk/html/IHSH-07.html

http://www.selfedge.com/shop/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=71&products_id=311

Chambray

http://www.ironheart.co.uk/html/IHSH-09.html

http://www.selfedge.com/shop/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=71&products_id=342

That should do the trick!

For ways how to measure those, refer to the IH UK pages above.

Hope I could help and pics to follow!

Here follows the first fit pictures of the trippleworks x hidden rivet sample pair:

Giles told me that that 2 of the things that were to be changed on these would be high rear-rise, which i must say i rather like, to something a little bit lower, and the taper, which i agree is a little to much on these. I don't really feel the calf-hugging fit.

Detailed pictures are coming
