SUPERDENIM SMALL QUESTIONS THREAD (Use instead of making new threads)

bear in mind, the one-wash denim is usually post dryer too, folks dont want the hassle of drip/line drying multiple pairs so just chuck them all in a dryer so minimal shrinkage will occur with inevitable stretch. You will find once you have stretched out the waist if you continue to wash on a 30C or 40C the waist will never shrink back to the size on the day of purchase.

Looking at the size chart i would go for a 32" and i take a 32" in most things. Good luck, try not to over-think it.

Giving it an initial glance i could not see the issue but now i have had a good butchers the waist does looks disproportionately small. Without sounding like a geek i know the stats of most of the Japanese store models who size up to my proportions then i seek out their fit pics and usually go with their choice.

Edit- guys of my build in the fit pics are wearing a 34"

The side gusset is a no-no, unless it is a fetching Bay City Rollers tartan number. Also a no-no is a belt with a cinchback. Why?

- If you buy a cinchback and wear a belt, you hide the cinch and it is bulky and uncomfortable at the back

- Cinchbacks invariably have crotch rivets which you don't like.

- why buy a pair for a cinchback no-one can see because you wear a belt with a crotch rivet you don't like?

Also, buy a pair that will need some waist stretch and without a belt, this will happen quicker.
