ok probably going to get flamed but how come i noticed some peoples samurais have back pocket stitching. yet the ones for sale on online stores in usa have no back pocket stitching? is it a thing to get them exported in united states?

My samurais have them. They are just stitched in indigo (or black) and yes, it so they can be sold in any market Levi's might sue them in.

Got a couple quick questions.

What does soaking do to your denim? does it make the color lighter? and how do you do it?

Last time i tried washing my raw levi's, i threw them in the washer and they shrunk from my size to my moms size. Will this happen with soaking?

soaking denim (unless sanforsized) shrinks the fibers. i suppose it makes it ligther by indgo loss but meh.. and you just waer to make fades..

theres really no right or wrong in washing clothes. get that thru your head. and i usually find that if i throw in the dryer things get tiny but eventually they can stretch back to what they were before the wash.

Need some help...

I need some new denimz for this f/w and have no idea what I want...I've already got F310's and love the fit/denim/blah blah blah, so I'm looking for something similar, but perhaps a more straight fit, rather than semi-slim like these 310's.

I've been looking at Eternals 811s and Samurai S0500's...Any other suggestions? IronHearts perhaps?

I'm working on a SD 103xx.

I'm at 4 months and 2 soaks, the first one and one at 3 months.

I'm going to the beach in about 2 weeks and was wondering what a sea rinse was interesting for. And would you recommend one knowing that my jeans don't especially need one.

Will post some pics at 6 months.

It is a soak with saltwater (with a bi-taste of seaweed and fish) and then a wash back home because they stink.

I was looking at the Skull 5507xx because I think going with the 5010xx would be too slim. I wear a 33 in F310's and a 29 in APC NS. My true waist around 32 though. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I didn't say useless, just that I haven't got an answer for you right now.

I remember reading about it on here in the past, people discussing the pro's and con's but I can't seem to find it right now as it wasn't a topic of its own.

Try searching and going into threads where it's being mentioned.
