I regret to inform you guys that I seem to have lost my contest pair. I guess that's what I get for wearing shorts all summer.

Here they are post wash. I’ve meant to wash more frequently with this pair, but this is only the third plus the initial hot soak. Mainly, I’m the problem as I still like washing in the tub by hand vs machine. And with a young child, work, life, just don’t always have the time to dedicate to that. 
The photos don’t look a lot different I think but they certainly look lighter in person. Five more months to go! Looking forward to seeing everyone’s continuing evolution!

Thought I’d give a bit of an in depth update. 
Some threads are starting to unravel and I can see where my pair might end up in a few months time now.
Both pocket bags where the thing that broke first (This is very normal for me) and where mended months ago. Left side by hand and right hand side first with machine and later by hand. 
 

Both are in need of some more work before the new holes get larger.

After that the threads at the crotch where unraveling. Caught it in time and matched up the thread colour pretty well I think.

Had to mend the back pocket where my wallet where making a hole. Below the pocket you can also see a fault in the weave (loom shatter?).

Both knees are wearing thin and might break any day now and here’s to the million dollar question, to mend or not to mend?! Usually I’ll always mend these things but this being a comp I’m unsure. It’s harder to see the natural evolution with a big patch over the evo right?

Hi everyone!  I made a closet a while ago.

Make the space here a closet.

Of course, while consulting with my daughters.

I attached a frame and a middle shelf.  The rest is the door.

I used an old scaffolding board for the door frame.  The door is a French herringbone.

done!

My daughter is also satisfied with the result!Haha

The back pocket also has a nice atmosphere!

#109 with an update. I finally decided to stop being lazy and get some decent pictures outside. This are due for a wash and dry this weekend. So far they have made 25 trips through the washer and dryer.

Hope you're all well. Sorry for my absence; especially sorry for being a chino guy due to new profession, plus I've been two-timing my 40s with some natural indigo 1880s.

But now the nights are colder I'm back with this lovely, much heavier fabric.Just machine washed them; they marble bigtime when washed right side out I notice . Apols for weird camera angle favoured by nipper who now takes photos rather than being the subject.

^same thought. Had the same thing happen on an old pair of sdas, missing the patch has made them half a size larger since it shrunk and hardened that much

Hello everyone! here's a little update... the first 2 pictures are before washing and the next 2 are after the wash. I also had to repair a couple of holes on the knee, thigh and back pocket!

Hello everyone! Some beautiful jeans in this contest. Honestly, these are the best, most widespread quality pairs I think I've ever seen in a contest. Well done, folks. Mine were sent off to Self Edge for a second round of repairs today. I took some update pics after the wash.

A bat shat on me the other day while walking my dog, and I had to wash them just two days after the monthly wash lol. Anyways, here’s a (clean) update -

Hahaha. I actually get bird shit on my clothes quite a lot but that’s a different story. 
 

Egyptian fruit bats are very common where I live, and there are a few colonies living on the trees down our street. My car usually suffers from their shit a lot more than my clothes with them being nocturnal and all, but I guess shit happens?
