hello peeps, time for an update...

I've been on tour in Germany for the last couple days.

first we were in a place near Augsburg, lovely open air venue. found this pic online, on the very left the TCB's and yours truly

then we moved to another place close to Koblenz, lovely old church venue with amazing acoustics

yesterday we moved from Koblenz towards the north of Germany to a funny place called Breitung, where we'll play tonight in a quite amazing XVI century castle. place itself is in the middle of nowhere, and

it's owned by a rather eccentric and definitely wealthy German man, a antique art dealer who moved here to fulfill his crazy aesthetic project! he bought this huge place from the government and refurbishet it, now it's used for expositions concerts, and it's rented for private

events. the place has somewhat of

a sinister, Frankestein Junior kind of vibe which I like, for a change!

then I met this little fella, first time in my life I've heard about jackalope!

Might go for a jackalope as my next tattoo project!

Unders, you read the bit about the owner being wealthy yet eccentric? My guess is that they were all obliged to remove trolleys on arrival. I believe that's more or less standard practice in German castles :-)

Yep - thought so. If you check out this photo, you'll see that there's the standard issue 'Keine Hosen' sign on that little makeshift bar area. You're in clear contravention Volvo, no wonder you're looking shifty :-)

I hear you with the piss taking. My wife just commented that I've been wearing the same jeans since around may, and even when I HAVE to dress formal for work I change when I get home. My colleagues at work have started to ask if I think I'm richard branson (I'm an office rebel - jeans are supposed to be outlawed)!

Hello gents, enjoying the updates like always! Here's a couple of snaps from the last few weeks when I've visited Malmö, Copenhagen and Gothenburg.

 

 

There was a festival in Malmö (lucky!) and they had a rather big court filled with stands of food from all over the world. I devoured it too fast to take any pictures unfortunately.
