3) The great outdoors. As we in the Northern hemisphere are fast approaching our summer time, lets get outside and see some nature.

after moving to my favourite country (switzerland) two weeks ago, i o/course had to do challenge #3

 

so me, my hwdc jeans and my hwbc boots went on a little hike on the last weekend...enjoy!

 

my destination was "Passwang"

to cont.

 

Now that is some familiar landscape, nice images! Props for hiking in your MBBs, for me the heat of the last days was already too much to bother wearing jeans for the time being.

These little bad boys caused $8,000.00 worth of damage to my vehicle on the 6th. Un quantified damage to roofs and homes all over Southern Alberta. It has been one of the worst summers for hail I have seen.

Got a chance to hit our local chippy shop. Curry and chips with a side of fried haggis and mushy peas. The shop is run by a scot ex pat who imports as much uk product as he can.

UKE - I showed him the spotted dick wrapper and the RAF tea you sent me. He thought it was great and will try to get some. Thanks again mate!

Thanks for the compliment! That was my Wolverine, havent been wearing it for a long time as im not really into heel. But kinda loves them now and i dont know why. My Sagaraboots are the other one, two-toned oxblood/black with high crepe sole.

Part one of my challenge entry - The great outdoors

Yesterday I visited my mate in Örebro and went for a walk to Hjälmaren, a lake not too far out of town. Not my initial plan for this round of challenges but I figured why the fuck not take some pictures while we were at it. 

On the way out there's a neat path leading along the river called Svartån from the center of the city to Hjälmaren. On the first pic you can (barely)see two boats in the distans on their way to the lake.

 

 

 

The area surounding Hjämaren is a park packed with different birdspecies. Thankfully they're no longer madly overprotective over their kids so we avoided getting attacked and just had a peaceful stroll.

It has been super rainy, humid, and hot.  I haven't worn my Busters or been able to get some natural lighting photos for a week or so, cheers to Tropical Summers and being the first target or most Hurricanes and tropical storms.  Also two questions since i noticed people wearing them: how are the Nike Flyknits (are they comfortable, whats the sizing like, are they durable), I noticed quite a few people own Nudie jean jackets is their a particular reason you own them?

oh the flyknits are comfy as hell i must say. own two pairs. one chukka and flyknit lunar 1 as the other pair.
