Depends on the fit you want. Since they're STF you have some leeway, but I had to shrink mine to their maximum to get them right. I soaked them 3x in near boiling water and finally even put them in the dryer on high, ruining the leather patch. I should mention that my true size is in between sizes 32 and 33. I got size 34 FHbsp05. I'm happy with the fit now, but if get another pair, it'll be a 33.
