i highly recommend zappos. i just used the standard free shipping and my shoes arrived in only 23 hours. and if you are moving here in a month i recommend investing in some thermal long johns. it gets pretty harsh in jan/feb.

well, considering it was only 9 degrees when i got home yesterday , 20 degrees isnt too bad.. (although it was 65 last wednesday). if i were planning on being outside for a while i'd probably add a sweater and maybe a hat and gloves but soon enough it will get alot worse. as a native here i can soon look forward to -45 with wind chill and leaving any skin exposed at all will not be an option.
