APC in my opinion, but it stretches a lot, so you should size down 2 waist sizes.

From my experience with Pherrow's, everything's cut a bit smaller compared to Buzz Ricksons. I find Buzz a bit more roomier.

i much prefer the samurai. i know people love them some flathead here, but I just prefer the way samurai ages and fades, well, at least the texas denim on the 500s. I'm less partial to the zero denim on the 5000s.

Indeed, both 2000 and 2001 have some hip or ass "flaring", the latter having a bit more. I think that it has to do with the waist shrinking so much and causing a pinching effect. Certainly not MC Hammer proportions, but still looks weird sometimes. Could just be from my experience.

Be careful with black scissors. I ordered the black RO off them and i received the BROWN. They told me to send it back and they'd pay for shipping. Then when I told him it had been shipped they refused to pay me back or accept the brown one.

Currently, I have no jacket, they are ignoring my emails and the brown one is stuck in some Fedex customs office.

Anyway, I'd get the black if you do deal with them. The brown looked like shit when I received it.

is the fit of the ironheart 634s and s5000xx pretty similar? looking for a straight leg for my next pair of jeans and i can't decide between the two. i like the details on the iron hearts more but i've seen some really nice faded samurais and i've heard iron hearts can be hard to fade.

so i'm looking for a new pair indigos and my favorite fitting pair of jeans are my samurai S5000BKs. would FH 3005s, FH 3008s, or IH 634s be the closest cut? or is there another pair/brand i should check out? (aside from the obvious 5000VXs.....i kinda want to experiment with other denims)

if it helps any, my sammies are 28x36s.

I guess this kind of fits in this thread.

So I just got a pair of Nudie Thin Finns (Size 28) and A.P.C. New Cures (Size 26), and I got the Nudies tapered because the leg opening was too big (took it in from 14 inches to 12 inches). I have chicken legs, so in my opinion the Nudies look better, but my opinions about my image tend to go wrong.

The question is, should I get the A.P.C.'s taken in also, or do I fail at life?
