thanks dude, initially tried this fit with some tad cargos, but for some reason those just don't look right on me cuffed, and without the cuff it all looked a bit too tactical to my taste.

Still on the lookout for a more relaxed cotton pant with a strong taper so i can try stuff like this more often. Maybe some of this season's maharishi pants might do the trick?

if you buy a pair of guidi shoes they always come with a nice white bag that is essentially a shoe bag I believe. hefty and nice size to run daily errands with, or that's what i use it for. makes for a nice tote

I think you pulled off the slim, athletic look well.(Each piece contributes to the intended style.) A more voluminous--whoa, word-grenade--pant would likely detract from this particular aesthetic.
