They're from Converse's "First String" line. Converse dropped a blue and a black chambray earlier this year, but I haven't tracked these down on-line yet...

the first pair is khaki canvas with hickory stripe (fake) lining.

the pair you liked are, according to the box "chambray" but the fabric is definitely not (at least I don't think so). they're a really cool color though and I prefer the red stripe these two pair have over the black or navy stripe on other pairs I've owned.
