I have to say, loving these jeans so far. Sized it just right. There's plenty of room in the hips without dipping under the belt too badly.  Stock room casual this morning doing grunt work.

Sounds great, so would this be: start picture, >= 1 monthly update, final picture?

Or is it just: post start picture, any picture updates as and when we want/can, final picture?

Raw fit pics as encouraged. They may end up just right without needing any alterations. The waist is coming up 35" so minus ~2.5" after wash and tumble and they should be perfect for how I like them. If the waist shrinks less, I may get them adjusted.

Sharing pre-wash measurements for those interested.
Waist: 19 in.
Front rise: 13 in.
Back rise: 18 in.
Thigh: 14.5 in.
Knee: 11 in.
Hem: 10 in.
Inseam: 34 in.

Mine has had a further update today to say it's been through the National Hub and is on the way to the delivery depot - so I reckon will be delivered to my office tomorrow, ready for collection Monday!

Glad to see mostly everyone has received their denim or seen positive movement towards delivery of their packages!

How’s everyone planning to shrink? I think I want to aim for maximum shrinkage (as I have a lot of wiggle room) so was thinking of hot washing machine cycle, maybe dryer as well. We will see.

Magically, mine is now slated for delivery today. However - the snow is coming down at the moment and my local isn't always spot on with the delivery day. Since I'll be out of town tomorrow I'm realistically thinking I get to start over the weekend, possibly Monday. I'm slightly fluffier than I when I ordered, but hoping I allowed for enough room (maybe not!) and would prefer to shrink the piss out of them on the first go, but I won't be machine drying - I don't tend to do that until I'm like 4-5 washes in, if at all. Still on the fence about how I'll go with this pair, it depends on the fit, really.

I’ll see if I can add more pre-shrink fit pics later or might be lazy and just combine pre/post shrink pics to the picture thread with measurements. 

My raw fit is really similar to @Jared_Lee with ample room all over. Leaning toward hot wash & hot tumble dry. Perhaps 2x hot wash and no drier. The raw waist ended up on the generous end of the tag size. Still well within tolerance, but I would like to get as much shrinkage in the top block and inseam as possible.

My plan's machine wash 40°C, hang dry.

 

Pre-wash measurements (35x31):

Waist / 88.0 cm / 34.65 in  
Front rise / 33.0 cm / 12.99 in  
Back rise / 43.0 cm / 16.93 in  
Thigh / 34.5 cm / 13.58 in  
Knee / 26.5 cm / 10.43 in  
Hem / 24.5 cm / 9.65 in  
Inseam / 81.0 cm / 31.89 in
