Means we have three more months to purchase other jeans 🤭
-
I'm a 31 in SC'47s and wanted to size down to a size 32 in the WMJ contest pair... but I didn't have the conviction to follow through. The right path is usually the hardest path 😅
-
Screw it, DM'd my selection too. Going with the 311 with hidden rivets as well, size 33, and final inseam of 77cm (post wash). If I were going to wait until September 14, I'd be up each night agonizing over sizing haha.
-
Yeah, I've been looking at B_F's measurements but we're gonna be soaking/washing/drying differently too. I'm planning on machine washing and drying my pair regularly so I doubt the waist would stretch back to the initial size... but then again, it might 😅

Deciding between the 311 and 5150 now... trying to see if I can fit into a size 32 5150 model with my ~31" waist... Or I'd just do a size 33 311... Decisions, decisions

Word of Mouth Jeans?
-
Anyone else doing the 50s cut? I'm settling on a size 32... the long rise and loose upper block seem right up my alley.
-
Just sent the deposit to Simone! Still racking my brain over what waist size to choose (50s cut) even though I don't need to yet. Guess I'll wait and see how much more B_F's jeans stretch since there's time. I don't believe in belts and am going to machine dry so I just need to figure out the total amount of stretch the denim has.

That's what's gonna separate the men from the boys 😂
-
I would be completely in for a 50s cut!

I'm sure Bears and Hinoya will have them in stock when they drop. Or you can just proxy from WH's website.

Rodeo has all sizes in stock. https://rodeo-japan-pine-avenue.com/collections/new-arrivals/products/sugar-cane-madras-shirt-mens-casual-button-down-collar-short-sleeve-plaid-button-up-shirt-sc39299-165-red

Does anyone know if the Jesse western shirt is a regular production run? Or Freewheelers just makes it here and there when the mood hits?
-
Slept on it and thought about the jacket all day lol, I just dm'd you.
-
Oh man this is so tempting... If it's still up on Wednesday I think I'll send an offer.

How's the sizing on the '51 jeans? I know the measurements on Speedway are a bit funky and wasn't sure if I should go TTS with them or not.
-
Just got the '42s, glad Speedway didn't hammer down the rivets, they're nice and perky, just the way I like 'em. Gonna throw some fit pics up after I give them another wash and dry, feel like they still have some shrinkage left in them.
-
Ah man, I didn't know they did that, I just purchased the '42 jacket from them.
-
That offset stitching is ridiculous, I love it
-
Damn, I have a Warehouse no.2 that is much more wearable with its two back pockets. Might have to pick up the jacket though, will probably wear it as an overcoat due to the measurements.
-
Yeah, your patch actually looks super cool! I probably should've applied some Obenaufs to the patch before I wash/dried it...

Oo, I thought he just did the natural versions of the 710 and 711 for every five year anniversary... interesting...
