Now, back on topic, about post 222, warwick: Purple is the most difficult colour to put out on a fit and it doesnt work  with black - unless theres a fine transtion with some shade of gray in between and evn then...; and if you think it works you better check your eyes cuz you´re most definitely suffering for some sort of daltonism. It didnt work in the past, in heraldic motifs and it wont work in the future not matter how many wannabe designers try it. So get over it and move on onto new combinations. As a matter of fact its better to get rid of it altogheter so tonight, each one of you, when neighbours are asleeep, go down the alley and burn all purple items in a bonfire of freedom & happines on your way to the ultimate superfit. Don't think Gosha is actually produced by any of the factories CdG uses (at least to my knowledge), he's just supported financially by Comme, since around 2012? That being said, I think Comme has manufacturing elsewhere, or at least they manufacture elsewhere - I know Shirt used to be made in France at one point

I doubt CdG owns any manufacturing plants. As to the countries where it is made, I have seen pieces made in China, Japan, France and Italy but I am working from memory.

The term still has some meaning for me though not in a historical/musical sense but rather an aesthetic, subjective way. After all, one has to classify things even if the lines between styles are completely blurred. My point about techno not being SF main dish is still valid, which is perfectly ok since "music is the food of the soul" and everybody has its own inner rythm. Anyway, off to the minimal,techno thread to post some good tunes and give it some brillo y esplendor.
