Huge shout out to @lopiteaux. 

One of the most vile & deceitful person i interact with. 

The first deal with him went well. But the second one showed his true colors.

He was considering trading his j55 for a j46u. Recently i found and contacted a seller with the j46u on discord/Grailed, and got a confirmation from Carel (lopiteaux) about our potential trade. After that he stopped communicating, but just dm'ed the seller via Grailed and bought the jacket. Meanwhile, the seller, who held the item, immediately contacted me. Carel told a cool story, that someone else bought the item from his acc (the seller confirmed, that the purchase was from lopiteaux's acc). He pretended and denied until the very end. 

Never trust and deal with him ;          )

So, you banned him permanently from this forum simply because you had a personal bad experience with him on Discord? No scam or fraud? The user is unbanned, and the warning is revoked.

No. initially interacted with him on sufu only. The seller with j46 was from Grailed/discord.

Banned because he is multiple cheater. I warned at least 3x times about his lies during our conversation. Not sure, that a only successful scam/fraud against other users will be a reason for a ban.

I am not going to go into a longwinded back-and-forth on this, and I loathe essays, but I need to address your accusation.

 

We’ve kept in touch on email since the first deal in 2019, and there has never been a hint of negativity.

I agreed to a deal after you’d repeatedly pressed me to sell the J55 back to you since January (at retail, after I bought it from you for 2x) when I had repeatedly indicated I did not want to part with it. 

My partner bought the item via Grailed as a Christmas gift, as she knew I had been looking for one. She bought it using my account, and took care to cover her tracks. I only found out what happened after you lunged at my throat after the seller informed you of the sale and shared the screenshot of my Grailed profile.

I have repeatedly acknowledged your suspicions as valid, and have explained the events ad nauseum. As fictitious as it sounds, it is the truth.

Ironically, you chose to report me for using a racial slur when banning me from this thread, when your emails to me were peppered with homophobic slurs.

It’s also worth noting that I have reiterated several times that I have not reneged on our trade, as a gesture of good faith.

 

I acknowledge your frustration as valid, but to label me “the most vile & deceitful person i interact with” on the back of this is absurd, as is the accusation that I am a “multiple cheater”.

 

I am sorry that this situation has led to the souring between us, but am confident that those that have conversed or dealt with me on Sufu (and other platforms and in person) will attest to my character.
