^ Trim in the top block or waist or both?  I guess it's time to refer to Duke's chart again 😉

I'd say both, but keep in mind "trim" when speaking about the 601xx isn't really that trim in the grand scheme of things compared to other brands.

Which is why I think we need a "standard" hip measurement along with front rise and back rise to understand top block fit better. Measurement #3 on the chart. Of course, there is the question of how far down from waist to take the measurement...

Very good point.
I have a few pairs where the waist is fine, the thigh is fine, but there is too much tension in the hip area. Whiskers are prominent, but it's too much.

What should I trash for work now that my runabout jeans are about blown in the crotch? Have the following to choose from:
FW 1922
S601xx
FW 1947

I think I’ve already seen one your s601. 22 would be interesting!

My RBs are slow going because I just restarted my RBs in a better fitting size. 🫣

Played with the idea of comparing the recent RB fabric to the OG release, but then I got real about how long that would actually take to get solid wear on both and yeah, not happening anytime soon.

So if anyone is interested in a lightly used pair of 601RB in tag 32 (hemmed to ~29.5”) give me a holler.
