they are in fact the same cut. i asked kiya this a while back and checked the two measurements on the official flat head sight, they match up

wanting to go after the same fit as my APC NS, slim but not skinny skinny . particular about the hem since I want them pretty small

should I go for the size 30 or 31 in the F310 cut? The 8" hem looks kind of big for me on size 31... what is POST-soak of hem?

and will the hem stretch after?

No, sell them and just buy a pair of the F310. They're miles apart in terms of fit.
