Thanks riff for the link pointing me to ladies-sized (Men's) Red Wing work boots.

I have decided, however, not to purchase work boots,

regardless of brand (Red Wing, White's, Wesco, Viberg, etc...). Why ?

For the simple reason that I perform no manual labor

whatsoever in my life. I don't work on my house like riff, work

in the garden or weld like roy6 or weld and build shit like

almostnice and Denim Sailor.

I just sit on my ass, write software/read all day, steal

a moment to do yoga, walk the dog, hike or catch a movie.

My universal hiking/walking/hanging out Danners are the only

boots I'll ever own...even though, I'll agree, they don't look

as spiffy as Red Wings, White's or Wesco. In my day to day

life, I don't prefer boots -- I like trail runners -- but these

Danners are so comfortable that I can wear them often.

My Danners served me beautifully on my recent

heinously treacherous Mt. Whitney

climb and for that reason alone, I am loyal to them.

Suspenders are supposed to hold up your pants and not your balls, right? I think his heels are even off the ground a bit…now that's something.

I guess I dont see it. His pants fit is spot on, his pants are sitting on his waist not his hips the way pants are suppose to sit especially if you've got suspenders on. The length is great as well as the cuff, if thats a moose knuckle then half the post on here have moose knuckles. He's suppose to sag his jeans with suspenders on?
