How Do Jeans Fit Description and Pictures

Blue in Green sells them for $335, iirc. if you go back to the photo, there's a description of how i size them + actual post soak measurements. anyway, they were sized +1 @34. it's a 5000 silhouette, so you can go TTS to even -1 for a much slimmer fit.

//////////////////////////////////////////////////

But do they not stretch a good amount? I like the fit pictured, have they already stretched out?

Also, as far as sizing goes, did you follow the chart and go 2 sizes down and go 1 size up from that?

seriously?! actually, i thought oft asking way back if you wanted a fair swap, since you said yours were getting tight. lol. our DJs aren't going anywhere right now, but i might consider, if you're serious.:)

well I really would consider it. But it wouldn't be a fair trade. Mine are already somewhat broken in and had a crotch repair.

And they are a good reason for loosing massive weight :D

But f you're really interested, nonetheless, we could work someting out

Levi's Vintage Clothing Japan 1933 501. I'm 6', approx. 175lbs, true waist 32, usually wear size 31 jeans in 501s. '33s are labeled 31x36. After soak (and a lot of stretching & cursing) jeans are 31x31.5.

Debating if I should keep these or go up a size or two.. What do you guys think? Waist fits fine.. its tight on the thighs though.. =[ I guess biking and squatting isn't helping out my cause..

I'm 5'5 155lbs.

sorry i wasn't able to reply on the last pass.

i had 5000bk so i am familiar with the cut. i'm normally waist 33 on most Samurai. however, Yamato is a totally different denim. the least slubby from Samurai AFAIK. i sized up on mine so i won't know exactly how far the denim will stretch. know what i'm saying?

imo, judging from how the denim is behaving, you can size 1 down, if you like them slimmer. personally, i'd TTS, but like i said, i was going for loose. hope that helps. again, sorry.

waist actually fits fine right now. wish the thighs were slimmer but i guess its part of the straight fit. ideally a 29 is what i would want but its only evens and i dont know if a 28 is going to be too tight in the waist. not sure if i can afford financially to take the chance with a 28. overall these make for a different cut so maybe ill roll with it and see what happens over time. just was hoping with another hot soak that i would get some more shrinkage in the top block.

funny that based on the pics the jeans look slimmer after the first wash and bigger after the 2nd hot wash. probably just the angle

so confused on what to do with these...
