For diamonds:

They're basically dancing shoes with suede soles so you can feel the pedal keys. I got my heel extended to get better positioning on the keys as you play with the fronts of your feet, as well as your heels. I might resole them with something more durable as my church organ days have passed.

The fake leather is junkity, I'm pretty sure they're vegan (hooray!). They could be made a whole lot better.
