I'm looking at the Iron Heart selvedge chambray shirt and the site says that shrinkage is half a size when washed. What would that actually mean for a Medium in terms of shoulders, chest, etc?

About .3" in all areas, length would shrink about .6".

They're true to size, so a Medium is an average medium.
