I think you are pretty "short" - and on the heavy side, right ? So Samurai jackets are made for you..short sleeves, but roomy...

I thought the whole style behind denim jackets was a short length that hits right at the waist and sleeves that are a bit too long....

BIG has some great samurai jackets in.. Levis Type I,II and III as well as a gorgeous SDA jacket with a cinch back. I tried on the 42 Sam, but I'll be damned if the sleeves arent long enough. Great denim and details though, really gorgeous...

I just got this, Wrangelr x Marc Jacobs jacket:

It fits beautifully right now. However, it says dry clean only. I'm contemplating a hot soak before I wear it (whenever that may be) so it shrinks. Any thoughts/ Anybody know if it's even sanforized or not?:confused:

i've had the opportunity to see / touch it in the store before, imo it's very comparable to the other basic rigid denim they sell. (all the levis jeans that come in 'rigid')

so to sum it up, it's not great quality, but you're getting what you pay for

Just got this. Jacket fits little longer in length but I have a huge chest so I kinda had to go for size 40. Anyway I love it.

507xx , not a Valencia St . Wanted this as an exact fit raw but it arrived larger than advertised . Still really neat jacket .

Previous images not posting due to image host change . I have posted a pic of my 506xx (one wash) and 507xx( bought as is) Both are Valencia St manufacture , the 506xx from 06/00 anf the 507xx 03/00 . Nice contrat when shown together . Both are a size 44 , the 506xx still slightly roomier and requires a bit more shrinkage .
