After taking the pictures you can put those boots back into their boxes for storage along with all the others.

I think that these are my favorite of all of the boots you have. I don't know what it is exactly, but I think all of the options work really well together. I would certainly hope these are put into heavy rotation. +rep

this is a little out of place in here as we are all horning over shit kicker boots and the like but......

i have a pair of visvim fbt elks and the rubber sole at the very front of the shoe is starting to come away slightly from the leather, I think it needs re-gluing down but im unsure what glue to use?? anyone else had this problem before?? the leather is very soft and dont want to use something that will damage it.

Ed...Do these have the Natural Edge to them? I was thinking of getting a pair of Bounty Hunters done up in the roughout but can't decide if I wan't a Natural Edge or a Darker Edge...Either way your pics just convinced me that the Roughout is the way to go...

Quick question, I bought a pair of RW 877 11D same size as my iron rangers. But the 877 are a little tight around my toe area. Do you people know/think they will stretch a bit? Cuz now it feels as my toe are suffocating. But they feel good apart from that. Thank for future help.

i'm really lucky that we aren't the same size in boots or jeans, or i would be broke and you would have all my money.

This photo just cost me 675.00 Killer boots!

So I cancelled the order on these cause the Plaza last just scares me with the narrowness in the toe box. Went with these instead.

And these. The Indys.

Both shipped today. I am happy as a little girl!

Anymore chapal pics or something you've been wearing since you joined?

Doesn't have to be heli pics, either.

.

Regretfully, I've been decidedly boring as of late. I'm in central USA trying to write up some of my notes from Burma, and put some order to my photos. The idea is for a book, but I have a long ways to go...

My Tricker's Bourton don't show too much wear. Just ordered a pair of Paraboot suede wingtips. Trying to clean up act (unsuccessfully, I might add!)

I should get around to putting my GT's up for sale, as they're just a bit tight.

In the meantime, I still check in. This thread is SO fine!

Thanks for asking! Cheers!

I hear ya on the Plaza last. I ordered mine in a E and they fit like a D on the Tru-Balance last.

Enjoy your boots!

Thanks, I also thought the Commando on the AF79 would be a nice contrast against the double leather on the Indy. Makes them totally different boots. I just got the regular Indy in May and they are the best feeling boots I've ever worn so I'm hoping the Leydon feels at least almost as good.

I noticed when I got my wesco's back after having them stretched out a bit at the factory that they don't eat my socks near as bad as they use too...

so if you're having your boots eating your socks it might be because your boots are too tight
