Ok,Thomas, back to your question:not sure about the forthcoming LVC collection -i am sure somebody will shed some light soon,if you read this airfrog, please answer! anyway, the place to buy LVC is http://cultizm.com

they are located in germany and highly recommended here for their fast shippingservice and answering mails quick.you should open an account there(if you dont already),the prices are lower for customers.

This is a little random, but this is my first time ordering from cultizm and I have never recieved faster shipping or better service. I ordered a pair of LVC on monday night and I got them this morning(wednesday). I was skeptical about how good their service was, but I'm absolutely blown away.

Hes the MAN..

I don't buy from anyone else...

OK, thanks. I though have one question. Why are e.g. the 1947s at cultizm pricier than at the Levi's online Store. There, the 1947s cost 150 bugs. Or is there a difference between those?

I once bought a 1947 vintage 501 with big E and redline for 90 GB Pounds. Maybe 120 USD.

Why should Levi's discontinue them? This would be very..well...I don't know^^

Oh. Well, i think it's my fault. Its the GB store and GBP. So 135 pounds should equal the 179 USD at cultizm.

Here the link

http://shop.eu.levi.com/-/475010117/-?lang=en&country=GB

alright, the store price works out € 175,- compared to cultizms € 145,- ,that is if you register:

AND:as you are from germany, its much easier to complain if you are not satisfied.Dejan, the owner of cultizm,is great to deal with.i wasnt once satisfied with a pair of redwings, and he sended me a new pair of my choice, let me keeping the fault ones for nothing ( which are now my beloved everyday boots-GTs 9011)!

so let's hope, that Levis will produce them in the future....
sorry for too much advertising for Dejan, but if you have any doubts, why dont you just order now? to be honest,as the 47 is a LVC bestseller,i am pretty sure they will be widely available in the future.

not sue about the US though..

Here are some of the BEST lvcs I've owned and only a hundred bucks.

http://caliroots.com/system/search/product.asp?id=16164

Never thought I'd be interested in buying a pair of pre stressed jeans, but them 333's are too cool - very antiquated look. I ran across those at cali while searching for '01's in my size. Btw, I've sent caliroots and oki-ni emails for special size requests a couple of days ago, but they have yet to respond. I giave up on them and sent Cultizm an email request today for '01. Does this Dejan dude have a separate email address that I should've used or will he get my note at the reg. email address posted at their site - I addressed my reguest to Dejan? Seems like actual measured w31 x L34 is impossible to find in any model.

crosspost from evo thread

thought I'd post these here for reference:

1937 501 - worn since january 09 in rotation with s5000vx

easily my favorite denim from LVC that i've experience so far. Its light which is good for summer and the texture is mesmerizing with all sorts of streakiness and tasteful slubs.

the fit is great too. even girlfriend approved which says a lot for a repro denim from the 30s.

Just a quick question on wearing unsanforized jeans raw (ie without soaking them or washing them). Would wearing them raw cause them to stretch more in the waist?

I have ordered a pair of 1954 501zxx and I am thinking about wearing them raw without washing them - ever.

Hope someone can fill me in on this.

Has anybody found any good deals on LVC on this summer sale btw?
