haha i was in the same boat as you mate. i used to do warehousing and had to wear steal capped boots too.. i ended up just wearing blue pants though because i used to make engine oil so i would get my jeans too dirty

Jeans, too dirty? No such thing!

anyone have any experience with returning APCs? i ordered a pair in late december that arrived on the 6th of this month (size 29s, i think the shipping date was 12/30) and they were too baggy, so i returned them for 27s which i just got back today and they're too tight (couldnt even get anywhere near buttoning the top two after i managed to get in them with the bottom 2 already buttoned).... and i'm intending to return them again for 28s

what im asking is if APC minds double returns?.. i read on their site that they do returns within 15 days of the shipping date but would they count the shipping date of the original first pair i bought or these latest ones?

thanks in advance..

I would get in contact with them and inform them of your concern and also tell them what date you received the jeans and proof if you have any and also proof of what date you sent the jeans back.

Hey I'm looking at a pair of APC NS to get me started in the denim world. I wear about a 30 (maybe 29) in regular washed cheap Levi's. The APC sizing, as per Context's chart, is seriously throwing me off. I'm looking for a slim fit-nothing remotely baggy-what size seems appropriate? I'm thinking 26 or 27?

u could get a new cure sized dwn three for a slim dior look if u are after a fit like that. or get a petit standard dwn 2 sizes for a slight tapered look. new standards fit slightly bigger and nowhere as slim as nc and ps.

tt is, if u are looking for a real slim fit.

another important factor is ur body proportion. if u have bigger proportion, get the new standard. if not, slender builds fit nc and ps more. my 2 cents :)

ns is slim. ps and nc are definitely more on the skinny side. i wore 30/29 levis too until i tried on APCs..

there's my 27 NS fit. go with NC or PS if you have reallyskinny legs otherwise ns... personally i can't even do a 28 in nc or ps

imo, it depends on how slim an individual wants his jeans to fit like. so i guess the body proportion of the legs does alot difference, and the definition of slim of the user's.

for example, i feel a 28 nc slim fit more than a 27 ns fit. so, it depends at the end of the day. it would help if there's a fit pic of hw he want his jeans to fit like.

^anyway, nice fit on the ns, really suits ur body well.

Fit pics: One week old NEW CURES size 30. I went one size down due to my large thighs. I am 5'8" and 150lbs.

What y'all think about the fit on the thighs and the bum. No homo.

i don't know if it's your stance but your ass looks wiiide. i probably would have gone with NS as i don't really like the carrot look (as in i'd only get nc if i had slim thighs..)

but post pics with a normal stance. they're probably fine

Thanks for the feedback. Tbh, Im a fan of the carrot look. In fact I considered getting the big bengt nudies fit.

I'll post some normal-stance pics with a sag this afternoon. Hopefully, the sag will lessen the wideness. Do you think my nc would eventually stretch more around the thighs?
