Definitely keep them. I think the fit looks good. You will probably get a shade more shrinkage upon the first wash (I did with my 3001) and in the meantime, the denim will drape better and mold to your form with wear.

If those are post-soak, the fit looks great. They'll probably shrink just a little more with future soaks/washes to look even better.

If post-soak, I think you would benefit from a hem to clean up the silhouette but the fit is good. My feeling is that 310s shouldn't be spray-on fit anyway so you've got it right.

I'd actually soak them again. My 3009s really benefited from the second soak, alleviating the bunching around the hips and crotch and taking an extra half inch off the inseam. Sure, they're a bit tighter in the waist then I'd like but, from experience, it'll stretch to a comfortable fit.

I am right on the edge of buying a new pair of denim and I am really leaning towards this

only thing stopping me is the fact that I have no pictures to look at for reference of how they fit

They're the same as the 1001, except for the back pocket shape and the zipper fly. There are lots of pictures of 1001s out there (and IMO, they're a better-looking pair.)

I wonder if cuddlestheshee would actually behave like he/she does in person? It was clearly a legitimate question, the description of the jeans has an inconsistency which may not have been intended by the poster. Hate away if you think that is in any way wrong.
