The Flat Head

When I had F310s, I had the same problem - they fit almost perfect in the thigh and knee, and then got way too loose at the ankle. Yours don't look bad, though.

I wish they still made the SEXFH05, that would honestly be the perfect pair of jeans for me (F310's top block with slimmer calves, poly core thread, tough pocket bags, heavy denim, arcs.) I love my BSPs but it is kind of an odd cut - that's part of what makes it unique, I guess.

yeah it bothers me too lol and another user on a different forum pointed that out. i'll probably cuff and let it stack, i'm 6' 1" and would rather not hem these if i don't have to.

size up bro size up… if i could go back in time, i would get a size 34 or even a different cut. slim thigh on the f310 is a killer (trust me on this one).

the key is that you got them to fit after the post-soak and they look good

what you'll have to worry about is after the first machine wash when they will shrink just a little more ... but by then you would have lost some weight

wear and enjoy!

now almost at 10 months with a wash at 7.5 and a soak at 9. unedited pictures.

really stubborn jeans, in my opinion

about 15 months. were washed at 11.5 months, and now again just washed for the 3rd time. unedited pics; colors got a little washed out. more contrast in person.

Nice! Finally some more well-faded BSPs. But why would you say the denim is stubborn? It's the same as the 3001 and F310, and the general consensus is those fade much faster than most types of jeans.

I'm guessing that it's the washing - most of the really good-looking 3000-denim jeans seem to have been washed around the 4-6 month mark. Apparently washing plays a big part in fading this denim and going longer without washing might actually slow the aging process.

these have just held onto their color so well it's ridiculous. I've put in serious work into these jeans, and up close you can tell- frayed hems and seams, holes forming in the combs, etc. but I think they look like a pair of 8-9 month f310s in terms of color and contrast. I think you're right about the washing; holding out till 7.5 didn't do me any favors, in fact it made them even harder to fade.

not that it's a bad thing, I'm going to continue sticking with these... they're just starting to get beautiful imo
