morse, the jacket is "pointer brand" it's only like 49 bucks shipped from their site but unfortunately they are limited on sizing. USA made too! (thanks for the tip KyleDunn)

The pointer's definitely have longer sleeves than most. I think they're sized as if you were wearing them over thick clothing, they run pretty big.
