it was okay. i haven't read the book yet but the story was more depressing than shocking (which is what i expected). i enjoyed it though. love me asad movie

Two classic Hitchcock films. One I enjoyed, but thought was flat, the other was obvious, but a much more well made film. I'll leave it to you to figure out which one is which.

Rear Window, 1954:

For anyone that's interested, take a look at the color of these two films. It's amazing how much Technicolor progresses (and film stock in general) over 5 years. North By Northwest's cinematography blows Rear Window's out of the water.
